Don Marshall

Don has over 15 years' experience as a consultant and facilitator.

His expertise spans numerous industry sectors, including;

Working across these industries, Don has gained a broad perspective on how and why organisations mitigate strategic and operational risk (including health & safety risk). In particular the way they:

  • Identify threats and risks to their business
  • Communicate, measure and understand risk
  • Choose how to respond to risk.

Possessing a detailed practical understanding of design and process controls as risk mitigation, Don's passion and focus is the human element of risk: the way we think about risk and react to risk with or without conscious consideration, and the fundamentals of safety leadership. Why do educated and experienced individuals continue to make poor risk decisions, when they should know better?

Andrea Kenny

Andrea is a motivated and highly experienced workplace trainer specialising in various organisational workplace topics including; conflict resolution, time management, alternate dispute resolution, human resources, frontline and people management, first aid and safety leadership. Andrea has extensive experience facilitating accredited and non-accredited courses across a diverse range of industries in the public and private sectors.

 Phil Foster

Phil has worked as a facilitator, coach and trainer for over 10 years with a passion to create authentic, masterful leaders who understand the importance of cultivating their staff to be dynamic. 

Phils earlier experience as an Operations Manager shaped his career as he began to understand the importance of Occupational Health and Safety and Risk assessment and the impact it has on developing strong leadership values.

Phil Foster is passionate about leadership and his main focus is to change the perspective of todays organisations to see the true value of coaching, training and what benefits can be created for Leadership with the right guidance and coaching.  With this in mind his focus is on how he can assist professionals like you to strategically implement positive cultural incentives, staff development and innovation in to your company to develop successful outcomes.

Phil has worked internationally in Alaska and Houston, delivering Leadership Development workshops including non-technical skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, stress and fatigue management, situational awareness and decision making.

Today, Phil Foster is described as dedicated, inspirational and fanatical in his approach and can coach, lead and train in a way which will inspire, change and promote a positive culture for you and your team.

Phil loves to keep fit and has an active, healthy life in Brisbane, Queensland.  He also has a beautiful daughter who he is immensely proud of.


Steph Bown

Steph is an Organisation Development and Learning Development specialist with a passion for supporting organisations to achieve exceptional results by providing opportunities for their people to thrive.

Her qualifications in psychology, neuroscience and organisation dynamics, coupled with her accreditations in Human Synergistics tools and MBTI, allows her to bring keen insights and a pragmatic approach to nurturing an organisation’s greatest asset – its people and culture.

Steph has worked for award winning organisations - Swisse Wellness and Nous Group. At Swisse she was their in-house performance partner. At Nous, Steph delivered programs that enhanced business effectiveness for clients across sectors spanning financial services, technology and communications, education, energy and utilities, and government.
